Dangerous goods carriage requires advance approval from the ferry company. Shipper needs to ensure that correct documentation is given for the carrier prior loading and the goods are correctly classified, packed, marked and labeling markings or stickers are available. Under every assignment Freight Frame Oy obeys General Conditions of the Freight Frame Oy, General Conditions for International Road Haulage of the Finnish Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association (1.1.2010) and the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015), excluding in §7 and §19 mentioned time guarantee, and in §25A mentioned responsibility for taking out insurance. Regulations restrict Freight Frame Oy responsibilities and give carrier rights to lien the goods.
