1 loading meter = 2000 kg
1 europallet = 0.4 loading meters = 800 kg
1 blockpallet = 0.5 loading meters = 1,000 kg
General loading/unloading slots:
Weight < 3,001 kg: max. 30 minutes
Weight < 15,000 kg: max 1 hour
Weight > 15,000 kg: 2 hours
Extra costs and surcharges:

Waiting hours: EUR 65,- / hour
Proof of delivery: EUR 50,- / original signed CMR
Thermo charges: surcharge of 25% on the standard rate, min. EUR 100,- / shipment
